MARIN MODERN

What began as a kitchen and breakfast room remodel turned into a much larger project scope—create a spa-like environment in various rooms including the kitchen, a bed/bath suite, several bathrooms, family room and living room. A narrow palette of colors and the warmth of natural materials and textures help transform the home into a modern, relaxing retreat.

A garage-style glass door cleverly used as the living room wall disappears overhead. It seamlessly bridges the indoor and outdoor spaces allowing easier access to the home’s panoramic bay views and sprawling, lush lawn. With impeccable attention to detail, CHENG Design transformed a classic 50’s ranch home into a warm sanctuary fit for today.
